  This townhome had a good location to the beach - the stairs were hard the first day, but got easier each day after that. Keep in miond that the stairs are steep and there are a lot if you have any knee issues. Nice to have the pool as an option. You can easily walk or ride a bike into Leucadie for the donut shop or many quick lunch places. This townhome is decorated nicely with a beach vibe, but it's not too much. Nice towels and sheets. If you are staying in the master bedroom as a couple, I would suggest asking to have the bed made up as a king instead of two twin beds as it was for use. It wasn't ideal, but that is my only negative commment about this townhome rental.

  We were pleased with the property. It was decorated beautifully with plenty of space. The beds were very comfortable which is a big plus for us. The kitchen had everything you need. Plenty of beach towels and an A+ to Melinda the owner for her help.

  My Husband and I were in the midst of relocating to the area. This was the place we stayed in the longest, and Thank God. This is a hypoallergenic place. That is great for us, and our hypo allergenic dogs. This lovely home has it all. We had no lack in any area. kitchen has it all, bedroom and bathrooms have it all. Neighbors are also great. This gated community is a gem. Super private, super maintained, and the landscaping is impeccable. I highly recommend this lovely home. Beautifully appointed as well.

  We love Seabluff complex beautiful ,secure steps from the beach Leucadia and Encinitas are great small towns to hang out in. 1824 Wilton is so comfortable and beautiful the photos don't depict the attention to detail,beautifully decorated the kitchen so well stocked. Great cook ware calphalon pans and lots of them and good kitchen knives which is a plus as we like to do a lot of cooking. We love pickle ball and tennis so the courts were a big plus . Everything was just perfect Thankyou!
