  However, the owner of the property ultimately is the one that needs to respond to ERA, and that was a little disappointing. However, in the future, I would always confirm first, that the owner is quick to respond, as well as reachable by phone. And most importantly, that issues are handled quickly.

  Our family stayed here for two months while we house hunted in the area and we loved it. Adorable home with a fantastic location and amazing views. Right on the beach, a heated pool in January, tennis courts, and a quiet street for the kids to play on. We would definitely do it again!
