  A beautiful location that makes property special. That said ,
  the property is tired and in need of updates. We stayed in the same unit 4 years ago and it has greatly deteriorated. Additionally, arrived
  and one of the balconies is condemned ....surrounded by caution tape looking a bit like a crime scene and unusable. Property manager was not only not aware but also unapologetic and, more surprisingly, not sure why that would be of concern. Disappointing for a professionally managed property

  2020 was our 5th annual spend the month of March in Solana Beach vacation. We love the location overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Normally, unbelievable sun sets!!! Great restaurants! Lot’s of dog people and dogs at Delmar Dog Beach. Great fun to travel up and down Pacific Coast Highway 101. Also good fun to travel inland to Rancho Sante Fe, and enjoy happy hour at the Inn. Just a couple miles away from Torres Pines with 2 Public Championship golf courses, fabulous beaches, and hiking trails in the TP State Reserve. Delmar is a great town with plenty of terrific restaurants you can easily walk to on the beach, or travel safely along US 101. Los Cedros is a very fun Main Street for Solana Beach with lots of entertainment including the Belly Up Tavern. Lot’s fun things to walk to that are very close by. We love it here. The 2020 Pandemic cut our time short this season, but, we are hopeful for an “all clear” resolution in the months to follow.

  The property management company was very professional and attentive to our issues each of the several years we stayed at Del Mar Beach Club. If there was something needing attention, it was addressed quickly and without inconvenience.
  
  The views from this condo are stunning. One can see from La Jolla to the south all the way to Camp Pendleton to the north. Every April we have enjoyed the migrating whales heading north and the playful dolphins in the ocean below. We even have seen an occasional sea lion resting on the beach. And each day the surfers entertained us in the ocean below.
  
  Solana Beach, its shops and restaurants, are all within easy walking distance from the condo. Walks along the beach south to Torrey Pines or north to Cardiff by the Sea as well as lagoon walks offered interesting and enjoyable ways of seeing the area without driving.
  
  Restaurants were good and many offered happy hour menus. Chart House, Embers and Still, Crush and Parioli are a few of them.
  
  Easy access to the Coaster allows one to visit the sites of San Diego without having to drive, allowing one to enjoy the scenery en route.
  
  The one complaint is the condition of the condo: it is old and somewhat neglected. Two south facing windows in the living room have moisture that interfere with the views. Window in master bedroom bathroom is old and needs replacing. A bifold door that hides the laundry facilities is broken off and has been for the past three years. The toaster does not work. As well some sliding doors are missing screens and a few also are missing locks on the sliding doors.

  Our stay at the condo was great, as usual. The view of the ocean is outstanding and unique, The front side faces West toward the ocean and the South side is unobstructed, with its own ocean view. Two of the bedrooms have sliding glass doors which let in the sound of the ocean.

  This 3 BR 2 BA condo in the gated Del Mar beach club is a second floor corner unit with sweeping ocean views from all but one bedroom. We had two designated parking spaces. It is comfortable and spacious, cozy and has a washer/dryer on site. The kitchen is well equipped. To get to the beach you simply walk down some stairs. We are avid walkers and enjoyed Solana beach shopss and restaurants and walked to Del Mar too. We were very happy with the condo.

  Killer end unit with big water views from nearly every room. Windows to the south overlook a vacant bluff lot with views to La Jolla; windows to the west have terrific ocean views to the horizon with fabulous sunsets. Private and quiet except for the sound of the waves (beautiful!) and the demo going on next door (not so much but it will pass). Great vantage point for not only sunsets but also surfers, dolphins, and the dog beach. Beautifully updated and nicely appointed; kitchen well equipped; very comfortable; nice pools and private stairs to the beach. Property management responsive to my request to have the windows washed. No BBQ at unit, but there is a community one at the pool. Only downside......I had to leave.

  Our family had a great 2 week stay at this condo. The condo is oceanfront and the views are spectacular--the real selling point of this condo. Sometimes we simply sat out on the patio instead of walking the 80 some steps down to the beach!! The condo is decently appointed, with newer upgrades. Overall the condo is very comfortable and easily accommodated our family of four. The only two issues we had with the condo were: (1) the wi-fi is slow and it does not extend to all parts of the condo (wi-fi issues are pretty typical of this complex though); and (2) the condo has no BBQ. For a property of this nature, it would be nice to be able to grill out on the patio, especially to avoid heating up the house during the warm summers. Otherwise, the place was great and we love the Del Mar/Solana Beach area. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

  We spent one month in this unit and were very happy with it, some maintenance issues notwithstanding. Among the latter were two fogged panes of sliding-door glass, which degraded the view, and a broken rotating chair at the view corner. The remodel was generally successful, with a well-done kitchen with quality cabinets and appliances. Finally, the unit overlooks a dog beach, which is great for renters who like to watch them play in the surf, but not so great for renters who are bothered by barking and might worry about dog poop on the beach. The dog beach ends a short distance away.

  Great oceanfront condo for families, just steps from the beach. Beautiful views from the front balcony. Location is ideal for beach lovers, shoppers, and a short drive other attractions like golf, museums, and amusement parks. It was furnished well, but furnishings were out of place and it was very dusty when we arrived. However, we did call management and they offered to clean the condo the next day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

  The condo is a corner unit with fabulous, unobstructed views of the ocean and the deck was perfect for viewing the sunset. The rooms are large and well furnished. We had 4 people most nights but went up to 6 several nights during the week and we were very comfortable. The beach access and pool are close to the condo. The beach was practically our own private beach - wonderful sand and surf. The only item that wasn't cleaned were the windows which were very dirty. Since we arrived on a holiday weekend, our view was not as good for half of the week. They were promptly cleaned the next day after requesting service. The condo was very clean but the carpets are badly stained and need to be cleaned or replaced.
