Our beautiful townhome is located in the community of Seabluffe in Encinitas, California with a 24 hour guarded gate. It offers the convenience of; 2 pools, Jacuzzi, 5 tennis courts, basketball court, and a children’s playground. In addition you are just steps away from the private stairs to the beach. You will love walking on the beach, watching the sunset, playing tennis and relaxing by the pool and Jacuzzi. All that and you haven’t even left our community!
Our 2 bedroom, 2 ½ bath townhome affords privacy since it is attached to only one other townhome and is located on a cul de sac in the middle of the complex. It comfortably sleeps 7 with a master bedroom with king, which has a small private patio, private bath, TV, DVD & VCR. There is also a second bedroom with twin beds, a sofa bed in the living room, and a small office/alcove, which has a full size mattress that the children love. All linens, towels, as well as plenty of beach towels are included. The kitchen has granite countertops, limestone floors, and stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with all the kitchen equipment you will need. The living room is spacious with vaulted ceilings, new hardwood floors and sliding doors across the entire wall leading to the expanded patio that faces west and has a fantastic gas grill. Enjoy your BBQ while capturing the ocean breezes from the comfort of your own balcony.
High speed internet access is provided for you if bring your laptop, notepad or for your smartphones. There is cable TV in the living room with a large selection of DVDs as well as cable TV in each of the bedrooms. Games, toys, and puzzles are also provided.
The townhome has an attached large garage with a washer and dryer. Here you will also find an assortment of beach toys, boogie boards, and beach chairs for your use during your stay.
There are many activities or tourist attractions nearby and if you don’t feel like driving the Coaster or Amtrak Pacific Surfliner train stations are very close by. Just taking the Surfliner into LA is a fantastic experience. For avid golfers there are several great courses nearby. Brochures, maps, and tour books are provided for your convenience to help you determine which attractions you want to see. Seabluffe is a great central location to all of San Diego and Orange County as well as heading inland towards the desert!
